Pickling Cucumber

These cucumbers are the same type that we use for our slicing Cucumbers but picked at a smaller size so they are great for pickling.

They are unwashed, meaning that they still have their natural slightly waxy coating and soft prickles. Washing with a small drop of dish soap can help to remove the natural coating before further processing. 

Sold per 5 cucumber pack, each roughly 2.5 to 4" in length.
