What happens after I place my order?
Once you have completed and paid for your order, you should receive an automatic email that confirms your order was placed and the details of the order.
Depending on the items you ordered, we may need to reach out to you. For Farm Shares, we will activate your gift card once the purchase is completed.
If you have ordered a bulk quantity of beef or pork, we will reach out to you to get more details and arrange the order timing (please read the product descriptions).
If you've ordered produce or other items for pickup, we will need to when you'd like to pick them up. We permit ordering up to about a week in advance, depending on the items. We generally need at least a half day to fill orders, but if you're in a pinch you can call us after you have completed your order and we'll see what we can do.
How does contactless 24/7 pickup work?
Once you've completed your order, include the date you'd like to pick up your order and we will organize your order. When the day comes for your order, we will fulfill the order on our end and you will receive an automatic email with the details. This will include the pickup location, 2261 County Road 6, Douro-Dummer, and the location of where to pickup your order in our contactless secure pickup.
