Cucumber

Cucumbers are a versatile summer vegetable. Great for eating raw or peeled and sliced the make a great sandwich topping too!

These are the same type that we use for our pickling but have grown to a larger size. They are unwashed, meaning that they still have their natural slightly waxy coating and have not been replaced with plastic.

Washing with a small drop of dish soap can help to remove the natural coating before consumption. 

Sold per cucumber, each roughly 5" to 9" in length.
