Rhubarb, while technically considered a vegetable, is favoured more as a fruit and prized for its tart flavor. It can be eaten raw, cooked, or processed into jams, pies, and sauces. With its unique flavor profile and numerous uses, rhubarb adds a unique flavor to any dish.

Priced by the pound without the leaves, which is generally 5-8 stalks.

Like the majority of the produce we grow, these are grown in a natural manner, free from synthetic fertilizers, harmful chemicals and GMO free.
