Pork (Bulk/Bundle/Whole)

The best way to enjoy our 100% natural fed and finished pork is by ordering a bundle quantity.

If you've only ever purchased your red meats one cut at a time, or if you were concerned about a lack of freezer space, we've got you covered. Our Fawcett Farm Meat Locker Storage allows you to pre-purchase a selected quantity of high quality frozen meat but you only need to add the products you want to enjoy right away to your order.

Our Fawcett Farm raised pork is an important part of our on farm ecosystem. We raise them on our farm grown grains, vegetables and nuts without any unwanted chemicals or growth hormones. Once they have grown to the right size, we transport them for processing in a licensed abattoir and they are butchered to our specifications.

If you are purchasing a half quantity or more, we will contact you with an additional form to customize any special requests. A whole quantity of pork is generally about 180lbs of frozen pork, which will fill a large chest freezer. For optimal quality and freshness, frozen pork should be used within 6 months of processing, although it can last longer with good handling practices. Our whole/half quantities are available on a pre-order system with generally 2 to 8 months of wait time required so please plan ahead.

Prices are listed as price per pound, net weight. Do not confuse this with the hanging weight! We do not sell our pork by the hanging weight as it is confusing for the customer and generally not fair to compare! For more information, see this blog post about bulk beef to learn the difference.

Each Pork Bundle includes roughly 8 pounds of meat at $6.25 per pound, which is 2-3 pounds of ground pork, 4-6 loin chop cuts and 1 roast. If you purchase 2 or more bundles, we would be happy to contact you to try and accommodate specific cut requests. If you have a preference, please include this in the comment box on checkout, otherwise we will include a tasteful variety.

Pork Bundles are $6.25 per pound, Half Quantity is $6.00 per pound, and Whole Quantity is $5.75 per pound.
