Juniper Berry

Juniper berries are well known for their flavouring of Gin, but they have so many other culinary uses. They are an excellent addition to marinades, especially for reducing the gamey taste of certain meats. They add a subtle flavour to stews and are also used for flavour in sauerkraut recipes.

These berries have been very slowly dried to preserve them while keeping as much flavour locked in.
