Dill

Dill is a popular aromatic herb, often used in European dishes and in preserves, like pickles. The fine leaves of the herb are used and it is best when fresh, however, our Fawcett Farm dried dill is picked fresh and then dehydrated to preserve flavour. Commercially available dried dill is often dill crushed dill seed as it is more shelf-stable but does not have nearly the same flavour. We occasionally have frozen dill as well as the flavour is better preserved when frozen rather than dehydrated.

Sold fresh by the bunch, net weight is approximately 28g. Sold in an herb satchel, either dried or frozen (14g) or crushed dill leaves in a container (14g).
