Cherry Tomato Confit

Cherry Tomato Confit is prepared using a French preservation method, slow roasting in olive oil with onion, garlic and a hint of basil. These tiny tomatoes explode with flavour and are a perfect pairing on a charcuterie board. A taste of summer to be enjoyed all year round.

Ingredients: All natural vine ripe cherry tomato, extra virgin olive oil, red onion, garlic, basil.

No added salt or other preservatives. Refrigerate upon opening. Oil in product will solidify in fridge and return to a liquid at room temperature.
